‘Marine Lovers...Their fishy beginnings' by ZOË MARDEN

‘Marine Lovers...their fishy beginnings’ is an exhibition and performance by London-based artist, Zoë Marden. Running in the Project Space at V.O Curations, the exhibition comprises a new three-channel film and multimedia installation. Marden’s performance is an exploration of watery embodiment, looking at the writing of Astrida Neimans in her text “Bodies of Water”. It is developed in collaboration with sound artist Mohammed Rowe and performers Imogen Alvares and Pierre. The sound will be generated live incorporating a mix of field recordings creating an improvisation feedback loop between the performers and the live sound. This project is presented by AORA Space and V.O Curations.
